Sullivan Roof Cleaning is small family business operating out of Polk County, Pleasant Hill, Iowa. We are a certified roof cleaning and exterior cleaning service, focused on improving your homes curb appeal and preserving the life of your property. Our special cleaning solution and process has been specially formulated to remove damaging organic material without damaging your property. This solution is biodegradable and will not harm you, your family, pets, wildlife, or landscaping. Our solution and process is designed to clean all types of roofs, decks, fences, and siding. We can remove the moss, lichen, fungi, algae, etc. from any surface, including asphalt, fiberglass, concrete, brick, wood, vinyl, and metal.
Sullivan Roof Cleaning is owned and operated by Bruce Sullivan.
Before opening the business in 2009, Bruce worked as fish boat captain, and a conductor/engineer for the Union Pacific Railroad. Maria prior to joining Bruce, worked in the medical field and brings her experience and understanding of the harmful health effects of bacteria, such as mold, mildew and fungi.

Bruce is a certified roof inspector with the National Roof Certification and Inspection Association, director of the Professional Roof Cleaners Association, and director of the Exterior Cleaning Contractors Network.
Locations we service include Polk, Dallas and Warren County in Iowa. We will also travel to Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas, for cedar shakes roof cleaning.
